Our highly-skilled team does just that by creating unique strategic communication plans that are executed with diligence and involvement within the community. We listen, learn and implement–solving problems on behalf of our clients every day.

Since 1996, our State of Florida MBE, FDOT DBE, and VDMBE certified public information firm has developed and conducted over 300 successful public involvement and outreach programs in both Florida and Virginia. We have established excellent working relationships in local government, and planning and permitting agencies. Our staff consists of planners specializing in public information and involvement services, graphic and web designers and administrative personnel highly skilled in database management. Our ability to collaborate and communicate with our clients and the public is second to none and our problem solving skills set us apart and have made our company instrumental in gaining public acceptance for controversial projects.

Kris Cella
CEO
Kris Cella has over 28 years of experience in the planning and engineering field. She is highly skilled in developing public involvement programs for projects ranging from small community parks to large infrastructure projects, beginning with the earliest conceptual phases and continuing through detailed planning, environmental, assessment, public involvement, design and construction administration. She has an in-depth knowledge of all local, regional and state regulatory requirements including local development regulations and comprehensive plan guidelines and has provided coordination/liaison among clients and affected governmental agencies. Kris has been instrumental in conducting public involvement programs to gain acceptance of controversial projects by affected communities, conducting small neighborhood meetings and speakers bureaus and facilitating construction project partnering meetings.
Kaye Molnar
President
Kaye Molnar has 20 years of experience in planning and public involvement for new and expanding roadway and infrastructure facilities. She is skilled in developing and implementing comprehensive, large-scale public involvement programs as well as working with individual property owners. She has established effective working relationships with media personnel and repeatedly develops trusted relationships with residents and property owners on her projects. Her project management skills combined with her extensive experience in dealing with the public both in person and via telephone communications make her uniquely qualified.
Carolyn Usher
Office Manager/Contract Coordinator
Carolyn Usher has over 17 years of administrative and accounting experience and client interaction in public and private sectors. She has in-depth knowledge of contractual requirements for governmental contracts including documentation needs, necessary forms, authorization requirements and other administrative issues associated with federal, state and local government projects. She prepares detailed invoices and reviews monthly documents to satisfy federal, state and local government requirements for payment. Carolyn maintains records for the oversight of extensive project documentation and administration as required and prepares company project team information for client bids and proposals. In addition, Carolyn has completed training in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Contract Compliance for Local Agency Program (LAP) Projects.
Tracy Hayden
Public Information Specialist
Tracy Hayden has experience in administrative areas and client interaction in public and private sectors. She assists in preparation of company project team information for client bids and proposals. She develops and maintains database mailing lists of elected officials, agencies, property owners and other interested parties. Tracy provides assistance for public information projects including communicating with residents, business and property owners; and coordinating with contractors.
Brianna Smith
Public Information Specialist
Brianna Smith has over 9 years of administrative experience and client interaction in public and private sectors. She assists in preparation of company project team information for client bids and proposals. She develops and maintains database mailing lists of elected officials, agencies, property owners and other interested parties. Brianna provides assistance for public information projects including drafting newsletter text; communicating with residents, business and property owners; and coordinating with contractors.

Lisa Macias has over ten years of public involvement experience. She provides assistance for public information projects including preparing newsletters, media releases, and advertisements. She also communicates with residents, businesses and property owners during project development. She develops and maintains database mailing lists of elected officials, agencies, property owners and other interested parties.
Heather Kennedy
Public Information Specialist
Heather Kennedy has over 10 years of experience with government and private sector entities. She is very experienced in public relations, planning, project management, problem solving, and consensus building. She has worked developing collaborative relationships with businesses, property owners and agencies. Heather has conducted public outreach programs for several agencies including three downtown revitalization program.
Cheri Bailey
Public Information Specialist
Cheri Bailey has over 11 years experience as an operations coordinator and five years of public involvement experience. She provides assistance for public information projects including preparing newsletters, media releases, and advertisements. Cheri also communicates with residents, businesses and property owners during project development. She develops and maintains database mailing lists of elected officials, agencies, property owners and other interested parties.
Kara Siefert
Graphics & Website Manager
Kara Siefert has over 10 years of marketing experience. Her career began in the financial industry where she managed marketing initiatives and developed, designed and executed creative concepts. Kara then continued her career as the Vice President and Account Director at an advertising agency where she worked closely with clients to achieve their goals. With websites being an integral part of any businesses’ marketing success, Kara gained valuable hands-on experience managing the creation and launch of numerous websites. At CMA, Kara works with the team to develop graphics, websites, and marketing materials for all community outreach programs.
Ashlynn Super
Assistant Public Information Specialist
Ashlynn Super has 5 years of public involvement experience. She assists in preparation of company project team information for client bids and proposals. She provides assistance for public information projects including preparing newsletters, media releases, and advertisements. Ashlynn provides assistance for public information projects including drafting newsletter text; communicating with residents, business and property owners; and coordinating with contractors.
Shakuara Evans
Administrative Assistant
Shakuara Evans has over five years of administrative experience and client interaction in public and private sectors. She assists in preparation of company project team information for client bids and proposals. She is proficient with MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. She develops and maintains database mailing lists of elected officials, agencies, property owners and other interested parties. Shakuara provides assistance for public information projects including communicating with residents, business and property owners; and coordinating with contactors.
